2011-12: Spent most of his first full professional season in Providence/AHL where he led that team in assists and points with 18-30=48 totals in 69 games and was named the club's rookie of the year ... Recalled once to Boston from Feb. 20-27 with one goal in three games ... Played his first NHL game on Feb. 22 at St. Louis and scored his first NHL point with a goal on his first NHL shot on Feb. 25 in Ottawa ... Named to the Eastern Conference roster for the 2012 AHL All-Star Game... 2010-11: Signed as a free agent on Apr. 7 at the conclusion of his college career and was assigned to Providence/AHL ...
