2006-07: Spent his first professional season with Boston’s AHL affiliate in Providence...Had 13-22=35 totals with 41 PIM in 54 games...Juniors: Played three seasons of junior hockey in Moncton/QMJHL with 78-66=144 totals and 196 penalty minutes in 139 career junior games...Had two 30-goal junior seasons and finished second on the team in goals in 2005-06...Was the first European to be named Most Valuable Player of the QMJHL playoffs when he earned the honors in 2005-06, with eight game-winning goals as Moncton took the league title...Had 15-11=26 post-season totals that year as the Wildcats advanced to the Memorial Cup Finals.
