Is the older brother of Jonathan Sigalet...CAREER: 2006-07: Played his second pro season in Providence/AHL...Had a 15-5-2 record, 2.39 GAA and three shutouts in 25 AHL Bruins games...Was named Providence’s Man of the Year and nominated for that same AHL award for his many charitable and community efforts...2005-06: Played most of his first professional season in Providence/AHL with a 19-11-2 record and 2.55 goals against average in 37 games...Ranked seventh overall in the AHL in GAA...Recalled on three occasions to Boston, from Oct. 27-Nov. 5, Jan. 6-10 and Jan. 18-20...Played in his first NHL game Jan. 7 vs. Tampa Bay, playing one scoreless minute in relief of Andrew Raycroft...Dressed as backup for six Boston games...College: Played four seasons of college hockey at Bowling Green State University with a 34-46-16 record and 2.98 GAA with four shutouts in 102 career college games...Named to the CCHA’s First All-Star Team in 2003-04 and to the Second Team in 2004-05...Was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award as the top U.S. college hockey player in 2004-05...Was the first Bowling Green goaltender to be named a captain of the team with that honor in 2004-05...Completed his college career second all-time among Bowling Green goaltenders in goals against average.
