Seating for Patrons with Disabilities

The TD Garden Access Service Center places high priority on the comfort and safety of its patrons. The TD Garden also recognizes the needs of people with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Every effort has been made to comply with both ADA and Commonwealth accessibility guidelines to accommodate patrons with disabilities.

Assistive Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices are available from the TD Garden Customer Service Office, located on the Loge Level, 4, outside of Section 4. To ensure that the devices are promptly returned, a major credit card or a driver's license is required to use the devices.

Interpretive Services:
The TD Garden will arrange for interpretive services, if notified at the time of purchase, for concerts and family shows. Patrons can call the ADA information line at 617.624.1750 or email accessibleneeds@dncboston.com to request this service.

Wheelchair Space Locations:
Guests with disabilities and their companions may enjoy wheelchair space locations that are dispersed both vertically and horizontally throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. Please refer to the above listed phone numbers for seating inquiries.

Animals:
Only pets serving as guide, signal or service pets to aid guests with disabilities, and any animals that are an integral part of the approved show are permitted. Guests bringing in service animals may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but may request accessible seating.

Elevators:
The TD Garden has (2) public elevators, one located in the Southeast corner of the arena and the other is located in the Southwest corner. Both elevators provide access to all levels.

Escorts:
Wheelchair Escorts are available for disabled guests who may need assistance getting to and/or from their seat. Our escorts will meet a guest at the entry doors and assist them to their seat, as well as meeting them at the end of event and escort them to nearest exit.
