Scott Bradley
Assistant General Manager

Scott Bradley Scott Bradley is in his 22nd season in the Bruins organization and this is his first season as Assistant General Manager, as he was named to that position on June 27, 2014.

He serves as an advisor to Peter Chiarelli on all matters pertaining to player evaluation, trades and free agent signings as well as assisting in the oversight of all individuals in their specific duties for the club.

His current role is a continuation of his steady advancement in the Bruins organization. He spent the previous six seasons as Director of Player Personnel for the team, during which he scouted professional and amateur levels for all Bruins personnel, including club prospects and current roster players.

He originally joined Boston's scouting staff on a full-time basis in 1993, at which time he concentrated on those draft-eligible players in the western region of the United States and Canada. He was promoted to the position of Head Scout in 1996 and for eleven seasons he oversaw the club's scouting staff in addition to scouting prospects eligible for the annual Entry Draft. It was under his watch that the club drafted key current players such as Patrice Bergeron, Milan Lucic and David Krejci, all of whom were second round selections. He was named the team's Director of Player Personnel in 2008 and held that position until his current promotion.

The native of British Columbia played part of one season as an American Hockey League goaltender and then coached for five seasons with the Tier II Junior A and Senior AAA League teams in Abbotsford, BC, including an Allan Cup finalist squad in 1989-90.

He served for two seasons as a scout for the WHL's Seattle Thunderbirds prior to joining the Boston organization.

Bradley and his wife Cathy have two children, son Richard and daughter Allison.
