- Download and install free podcatching software. For the purpose of these instructions, download the latest version of iTunes.
- In iTunes, launch the program and go to Advanced-->Subscribe to Podcast from the top menu.
- Input one of the above addresses in the URL window (e.g. http://bruins.nhl.com/podcasts/bruinscast.xml).
- Sync your iPod or other mp3 device and automatically download new or archived episodes.
