Boston Bruins to Present $30,000 Donation to the MSPCA-Angell
BOSTON, MA – The Boston Bruins announced today, Tuesday, June 3, that the Pucks & Pups 2014 Bruins calendar raised $30,000 to benefit the MSPCA-Angell. Pucks & Pups was a unique 2014 calendar featuring Bruins players and management with their family pets or new friends waiting for homes at the MSPCA. The $30,000 donation will go directly to the MSPCA’s adoption services program to care for homeless animals awaiting adoption. This donation from the Boston Bruins Foundation is one of the largest single donations to the MSPCA’s adoption centers this year.
