Krug is currently tied for second among NHL rookies in power play assists with four, while his seven power play points are tied for first among rookies.

BRUINS STAYING POSITIVE: The Bruins have remained on the positive of the plus/minus category with all but three players having an even or higher rating. Jarome Iginla and Dennis Seidenberg lead the way each holding a plus-10 rating through the Bruins 25 games this year.

This sellout streak began more than three years ago on December 5, 2009 against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The last game the Bruins did not have 17,565 in attendance at the Garden was on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 when they hosted the Tampa Bay Lightning (16,553).

BOSTON MEDIA TWEET OF THE WEEK (TOTW): Twelve weeks into the Boston Bruins Media of the week season, the Boston Globe’s Fluto Shinzawa sits atop the standings with three wins. This week, a new face gets on the board with CSNNE’s Joe Haggerty’s tweet regarding Johnny Boychuk’s toughness after getting hit in the upper body with a puck:

@HackswithHaggs: Johnny Boychuk back onto the ice. His Chuck Norris qualities are well documented #BruinsTalk

This week’s honorable mentions listed in no particular order:

@AmalieBenjamin:  Almost got run over by a sprinting Dougie Hamilton. That Fu Manchu at full speed is nothing to mess with.
@JesseNEHJ:  That's five goals in eight career games against the Pens for Loui. He's a real thorn in "Flower's" side. #punny #totw
@DanCagen:  TD Garden this year has seen a GWG with 0.8 seconds left and now a tying goal 0.3 seconds left. Please pray for deadline writers.
