Khokhlachev, Russia Earn the Bronze
Boston Bruins prospects were again on both sides of the action during Saturday\'s bronze medal game at the IIHF World Junior Championships in Ufa, Russia.

BostonBruins.com -- Boston Bruins prospects were again on both sides of the action during Saturday's bronze medal game at the IIHF World Junior Championships in Ufa, Russia.

Khokhlachev

Forward Anthony Camara, defenseman Dougie Hamilton and goaltender Malcolm Subban's Team Canada faced forward Alexander Khokhlachev's Russian team for third place.

Although Subban didn't start in net for Canada, Khokhlachev got things going early for Russia and put the home team up 1-0 just 3:31 into the contest.

Russia scored twice more in the first period and Subban (17 saves) spelled Jordan Binnington as Canada worked to tie the game.

Canada did knot the score at 3-3, however, the back-and-forth continued and put the contest into overtime tied 5-5.

Russia's Valeri Nichushkin finished both teams' tournament with his goal 1:35 into the extra session as the hosts kept the bronze for themselves.

Khokhlachev ended the tournament with a 3-2-5 line and a plus-3 rating in seven games for Russia.

Hamilton was 1-1-2 (+3) in six games for Canada, while Camara (+1) added two assists and Subban ended World Junior action with a 4-2-0 record, a .903 save percentage and a 2.76 goals against average.
