Boston Bruins
BOSTON, MA – The Boston Bruins Foundation Stanley Cup Ring raffle is entering its final week. Friday, December 23 at 7:00 p.m. is the final entry deadline. The lucky Bruins fan will win his or her own official Boston Bruins Stanley Cup Championship ring, the same as those issued to members of the Bruins organization, and not part of the collectible series that was also created by Jostens for Bruins season ticket holders and fans.

The ring symbolizes the team’s sixth NHL Championship in 2011, while connecting the great history and tradition of the Bruins franchise. The attention to detail and impressive craftsmanship truly make this ring fit for champions. The crest of the ring features diamond set images of the iconic “B” logo and the Stanley Cup, fashioned in brilliant cut custom princess and round diamonds set against a background of 14 karat white gold. There are six larger round diamonds on the crest of the ring that represent the six Stanley Cups that the Bruins have won. The diamond-covered top of the ring is framed on the left side by STANLEY CUP and on the right side by CHAMPIONS

The shoulder of the ring that is normally personalized with the player’s last name will feature the raffle winner’s last name. The opposite shoulder of each ring features a diamond-studded Stanley Cup framed on top by “2011”. The years ‘72, ‘70, ‘41, ‘39 and ‘29 also frame the cup and connect this year’s team to the earlier championship teams.

This prize is non-transferable. Upon conclusion of the raffle, the winner’s name will be engraved onto the ring.

Tickets for the raffle can be purchased online at www.bruinsraffles.org for $5.00 per ticket, with the net proceeds benefiting the Boston Bruins Foundation.
