Happy Sunday everyone!

Here's a quick little update on my status.

I finally got some great news on my recovery. The doctors and trainers have been working together to set up a workout schedule for me and things have been progressing nicely.

And, I know you may have read this elsewhere, but I have been upgraded from "no workouts" to a steady workout plan that includes skating!

Yup, you read that right, skating!

I still have a lot of work to do for me to get back into game shape, but I'm doing what I can.

There is not timetable for my return as of yet, but let's hope for sooner than later.

Again, thanks to everyone for all of your support.

Ok, enough injury talk, let's get back to the movies.

Later this week, I will give you some of my Oscar selections, but in the interim I have a few quick tips for you.

Tip 1: Under no circumstance what-so-ever do you go see the movie Cloverfield! It goes down as one of the worst movies ever. So stay away!

Tip 2: Go rent Fracture. Anthony Hopkins is in it and it's a pretty good lil' murder mystery film. I give it a thumb's up!

Tip 3: I cannot take credit for this one -- a friend of mine brought some great news to my attention. TCM or the Turner Classic Movies channel is doing a month long showing of all sorts of Oscar Award winning films.

Yah, you know it! Great movies every day, all day!

They have it set up each day of the week for a different decade, so if you are interested go to www.tcm.com and check out the site for movies and time.
