Bruins post game quotes…

Goaltender, Joey MacDonald:
On his play in tonight’s game:
I felt really good. I tried to make the save when we got down two-nothing. You can’t afford to let that third goal or that kind of takes the energy out of the guys. So I just tried to battle and not let that in, and we ended up rebounding back and getting one at the end of the second period.
I thought about halfway through the second period we started putting some pressure on them, getting some pucks to the net, and forcing their goalie to make a few tougher saves that he didn’t see. We continued that into the third and we ended up tying it up. But unfortunately there was a bad break there in the last 20 seconds of the game.

On his recent play in Boston:
Every game I get a little more confident. The more you play the better you feel.

On the past few games:
I thought the last few games we played pretty well. We don’t have a whole lot to fight for, but we have a lot of respect in this room. We’ve got to be proud of the team we are playing for and the Bruins organization..

Forward, Shean Donovan:
On watching, rather than participating, in the playoffs:
It’s brutal. We have four games to focus on and try to make it into our own little playoffs. After that it’s no fun watching. The whole thing is you spend the whole season just trying to get in there and it’s no fun watching.
