Boston Bruins Recall Jeremy Reich from Providence (AHL)\r\n
BOSTON, MA -- Boston Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli announced today that the club has recalled left-winger Jeremy Reich from the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League (AHL). He will join the Bruins tonight for their game against the defending Stanley Cup Champion, Carolina Hurricanes.

Reich, who was signed by Boston as a free agent on August 30, 2005, has been with Providence since joining the Bruins. This season he has played 45 games, and tallied four goals and seven assists for the AHL club.

Reich, 27, from Craik Saskatchewan, was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in the second round (39th overall) in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft. He signed with Columbus as a free agent on May 17, 2000 and saw his only NHL action when he played nine games for the Blue Jackets during the 2003-2004 season. During that stretch in the NHL, Reich had one assist.

The Black and Gold return to action tonight when they battle the Carolina Hurricanes at the RBC Center in Raleigh, North Carolina at 8:30 p.m. ET. The Bruins road trip continues on Tuesday night when the club travels to Washington, DC to take on the Capitols on Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. ET.

The Bruins return to the TD Banknorth Garden on Thursday night when they host the Hurricanes at 7:00 p.m. ET. This Thursday, as every Thursday night game, is a Student Night. All high school and college students are eligible for one half-price ticket in the $45.50 and $55.00 price range with a valid student ID.

Tickets are available for all home games online by clicking here, at the TD Banknorth Garden Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, or by phone at 617.624.BEAR.

Fans who cannot make it to the game can catch all of the action by watching NESN or by tuning into WBZ Radio to hear the live broadcast of the game.
