The 16th Annual Wives' Charity Carnival presented by TD Banknorth will take place this Sunday, January 8th at the TD Banknorth Garden. The Early Bird Session, which is sold out, will include an appearance by Cam Neely from 12:00-2:00 p.m. This year's Wives' Carnival will highlight a team autographed 2006 Harley-Davidson XL 883 Sportster which features a Boston Bruins puck as the gas cap and a custom Bruins paint job.

Tickets still remain for the General Session, which runs from 3:30-6:00 p.m. and includes appearances by Bruins' legends Ray Bourque and Terry O'Relliy. Admission tickets are $14 for adults and $7 for children under 12. Kids five and under are free.

All of the Boston Bruins' players will be on hand to sign autographs, play interactive games and help raise money for the Boston Bruins Foundation on behalf of the Neely Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. This new unit will allow young patients to live with their families during their transplant in a home-like setting that is both comfortable and clinically state-of-the-art.

“There is nothing more important to a parent than having your child close by, especially when they need you the most,” said Cam Neely. “This unit will allow families to remain together during what is surely the most difficult time of their lives.”
