Boston Bruins
Boston, MA -- The Boston Bruins announced today that current Season Ticket Holders will be able to renew their Season Tickets for the 2009-2010 NHL season beginning the week of February 16.  During this process, 99% of the seats for Bruins games will remain at the same price, or will be lower than the published Season Ticket prices for this season.

For current Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders, 95% of the seat locations in the TD Banknorth Garden will have no increase in price over the 2008-2009 published Season Ticket prices, 4% of the seats will see a decrease in price versus 2008-2009 published prices and only the Glass seats will see an increase in price for next season over this season’s published prices.

"Over the past two years we have seen our team performance and our Season Ticket Holder base grow concurrently," said Bruins Vice President of Business Operations Dan Zimmer. "When we evaluated our pricing options for next season we felt compelled to take into consideration the current economic environment and our desire to ensure that our most loyal fans get the most favorable pricing possible."

The 4% of seats that will be decreasing in price are comprised of four sections of the Loge: 3, 10, 14 & 21.  The remaining Premium Seating Locations, Loge and Balcony ticket prices are all remaining flat when compared to the 2008-2009 Season Ticket published prices.

The Glass seats are the only current Season Ticket locations in the TD Banknorth Garden that are increasing for next season from their published 2008-2009 prices.  These seats have not seen an increase in price for the past three NHL seasons.

Bruins Season Ticket Holders will receive a package in the mail during the week of February 16, which will include renewal information for the 2009-2010 NHL season.

For questions about Season Tickets, fans are encouraged to call 617.624.BEAR (option # 3) or email fanrelations@bostonbruins.com.

The Bruins begin a two-game homestand when they host the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday, February 7 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
