2012-13: Split his first full professional season between Dallas and their AHL affiliate, the Texas Stars ... Began the season in Texas before his Jan. 13 recall to Dallas and had another AHL stint from Apr. 2-16 ... Ranked fourth overall in the AHL Stars scoring race with 14-21=35 totals in 45 games ... Was one of ten rookies to skate in Dallas during the season and ranked second among Stars rookies in scoring with 3-6=9 totals in 37 NHL games ... Scored his first NHL point with a goal Feb. 15 in Vancouver and recorded his first NHL assist on Feb. 26 in Columbus ... All three of his goals tied the score in the game in which they were tallied ...
