2012-13: Spent the season in Providence/AHL with 3-13=16 totals in 58 games which tied him for third among club defensemen in points ... Came to Boston's training camp at the conclusion of the lockout and was returned to Providence on Jan. 20 after not dressing on Boston's opening night game on Jan. 19.

2011-12: Played his first full professional season in Providence/AHL ... Led team defensemen in points and was sixth overall in the club's scoring race ... His 24 assists were the second-most on the team.

2010-11: Signed a contract with the Bruins on Mar. 24 at the conclusion of his college career and was assigned to Providence/AHL ... Had three assists in ten AHL Bruins games ... Played his first professional game Mar. 25 vs. Worcester and scored his first pro point with an assist Apr. 1 vs. Connecticut.

COLLEGE: Played three seasons of college hockey at Boston University with 22-46=68 totals and 122 penalty minutes in 113 career college games ... Won a National championship, Hockey East championship and Beanpot championship in his freshman season in 2008-09 ... Was named a Hockey East Second-Team All-Star in 2010-11.
