• This past season he was diagnosed with diabetes after his teammate, Leigh Salters, who has battled diabetes for 14 years, noticed he was exhibiting similar symptoms. Once he started taking insulin, Knight finished the season strong -- he led London in playoff scoring with 10 goals and finished third with 17 points (10-7--17) in 12 games.
