Boych Goes Back to School in North Reading

Bruins Defenseman Johnny Boychuk demonstrated his math knowledge to 66 5th grade students at the E Ethel Little School in North Reading. Boychuk worked with the students to solve hockey related math problems as part of the Bruins I.C.E. School program. The program serves to provide Kindergarten through 6th Grade teachers and students with curriculum materials that incorporate hockey and the Bruins into lesson plans that fall within Massachusetts’ framework guidelines. Boychuk finished off the afternoon by personally handing the students a Boston Bruins folder and pencil.
